Ten Ways to Improve Your Chances of NOT Being Healthy
- Smoke. The more the better
- Gain weight. The more the better
- Avoid natural foods. The less eaten the better
- Eat mostly processed foods. The more the better
- Do not eat a variety of foods
- Do not eat fruit and vegetables
- Eat mostly trans and saturated fatty acids.
- Best in fast food chains, cookies, chips, etc..
- Take heavy doses of synthetic nutritional supplements.
- If you can walk it, don’t. Use car.
- Do not even think about any type of work out, even fast walking.
OR TO BE HEALTHY, EAT BALANCED MEALS, NATURAL WHOLE, UNPROCESSED FOODS, EAT YOUR FRUIT AND VEGETABLES AND AVOID SATURATED AND TRANS FATS.
